In 2012, Bahaa founded his second company the Egyptian Vegetables Group (EGY VEGGIE), an innovative agri-business that manages and cultivates more than 500 acres of more than 10 different crops that are marketed in Egypt and the Middle East. Egy Veggie is one of the three quinoa producers in Egypt. He currently serves as Vice Chairman. In 2013, Bahaa co-founded N Gage Consulting as the first Government Relations and lobbying firm in Egypt, now serving more than 45 blue-chip multinational corporations growing to become the first multinational Egyptian consulting company operating in more than 8 countries by 2020. N Gage Consulting’s operations are now part of the N Gage Group along with N Gage Investments and TRAIN, the group’s investments and training arms. Bahaa also co-founded Agrovate, LLC in 2013 as one of the leading fresh produce sourcing companies in Egypt, which he exited in 2015 with a 150% ROI. Bahaa holds a Masters Degree in Finance from Harvard University, a masters Degree in Economics and a Bachelors degree in Finance from the Amercain University in Cairo, has attended the Mastering Trade Policy Program at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and also holds a certificate of International Arbitration from Cairo University, an Advanced Management Certificate in Managing Uncertainty from the International Executive Education Institute at The American University in Cairo.
