Amr El-Moselhy is a senior leader currently living in the United States, with extensive experience working in and consulting for multiple industries, including Financial Institutions and Technology. He has a proven track record in driving change, delivering value, and motivating/developing teams – won multiple awards at top firms. His primary focus is on business strategy, growth opportunities, organizational structures, and digital transformations. Amr is currently a Director at Liberty Mutual Investments in the Global Portfolio Strategy team, with focus on global investment strategy. Prior to that Amr spent 6 years at the Boston Consulting Group where he was most recently a senior Principal and a core member of the Financial Services Practice. He has lead various projects for leading financial institutions in areas related to strategic positioning, product introductions, and organizational/digital transformations. Before that, Amr has worked at Fidelity Investments for 5 years where his last position was Senior Director for Strategic Planning and Decision Support. This included strategic multi-year planning, annual and contingency planning, in addition to various internal business opportunity evaluations. Amr has also spent 3 years at Siemens Communications, where his last position was Program Manager Sales. In addition, Amr was part of the founding team for a digital interviewing platform. He has also advised and coached multiple entrepreneurs on strategic and operational matters. In addition, he was also a coach to the finalists in a conference conducted in Boston to support entrepreneurship in Egypt. Amr holds a Management Certificate from Harvard University, an MBA from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cairo University. He is fluent in Arabic and English, and proficient in German.
